Conceived by Giacomo and Antonia to memorialize their grandmother’s legacy, M.A.M.A., nestled at Vico dei Raynò 4, Lecce, stands as a museum embracing both her artistic endeavors and cultural heritage. Integrated into the Puglia Region Museums network, it occupies an early 20th-century apartment, graced by a secretive garden beneath a towering araucaria tree. Anticipating a spring 2024 reopening following significant expansions, M.A.M.A. will unveil a myriad of new exploratory features. Visitors can admire approximately fifty exhibits, including Antonia Fiermonte's paintings, marble and bronze sculptures by Jacques Zwobada and René Letourneur, and diverse pieces from both local and global artists.

La Taranta Experience

Immerse yourself in La Taranta with La Fiermontina, where the spirited rhythms of this traditional Salento folk ballad become a passionate dance, weaving tales of love and longing. Engage in an authentic cultural journey, exploring the poignant interplay of joy and sorrow, meticulously preserved and celebrated in this exhilarating, emotional expression.

Fondation Orient-Occident 

La Fiermontina proudly supports Fondation Orient-Occident (FOO), established in Morocco in 1993 by Yasmina Filali. Serving as a bridge between Mediterranean shores, this family-operated, non-profit foundation seeks to empower migrants, refugees, and disadvantaged young Moroccans, providing social and psychological support focused on education and employment. Recognized internationally and situated in multiple Moroccan cities and Italy, FOO offers a unique approach to migration issues through welcome centers, offering vital counseling and training, assisting migrants, and facilitating successful integrations.

Local Tessitura Calabrese tablecloths drape the tables, with warm lighting and soft colors completing the serene aura.
