The hotel's name comes from a beautiful garden that once occupied the same spot where the hotel now stands. It belonged to Victor Mabilee, who was famous for throwing lavish parties in town back in the late 1800s. Today, Château des Fleurs’s design captures the extravagant spirit of that time with its clever mix of materials, colors, and shapes.

At the hotel restaurant, Oma, Chef Ji-Hye Park combines her childhood Korean recipes with French fine-dining techniques, making tasty dishes that bring a feeling of home, all highlighting quality and attention to detail. The restaurant's name, Oma, which means "mother" in Korean, perfectly encapsulates this philosophy.
